Stadium & Facilities

Where every detail of matchday comes together

CREATING MEMORABLE EXPERIENCES

The Stadium & Facilities team plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Club’s venues operate safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards across both matchdays and everyday activities. Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and operational readiness of Edgeley Park, as well as key sites including the Carrington training facilities and the Sports Village, the team helps create a safe and welcoming environment for players, staff, supporters and visitors.

Working closely with contractors, stakeholders and regulatory bodies such as the Sports Grounds Safety Authority, Health and Safety Executive and the local council, the team ensures full compliance with all safety legislation, stadium certification requirements and English Football League and The Football Association minimum standards. They lead on health and safety across the Club, carrying out inspections, risk assessments, audits and training to promote best practice and continuous improvement in working environments.
